Shipping Procedure

* All shipments are made via courier and are sent directly from our warehouse to your front door.
* After you place you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking order and an order confirmation number
* The tracking number allows you to follow your package and find out approximately when you will receive your order
* It takes 5-7 business days for delivery (after shipment has been processed)
* Make sure that an adult (18+) at the shipping address to receive your order

Please be sure to include the correct shipping address when you place your order. We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if you provide us with incorrect information.

Tracking

We will email you a shipment tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your order.  
If the preceding letter in your tracking number is M or V, your package is being shipped via UPS.
These packages can be tracked at www.ups.com.

If the number is preceded by EA, then your package is being shipped via EMS. These packages can be tracked by consulting your national postal service website (check the chart below).

Shipping Damage

It is the responsibility of the buyer to report any in-transit damage to Courier immediately after receiving. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and the tracking number for reference. Once you have filed a claim please email us so we can expedite your reshipment.

Lost Package

If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded. In case of package being lost, there is a 30-day waiting period before refund.
